Tuition must be paid in FULL NO LATER THAN THE SECOND CLASS OF EACH MONTH to avoid a $5.00 LATE FEE. <p> Tuition is non-refundable nor is it prorated for classes missed, holidays or classes canceled due to inclement weather. The price for monthly tuition stays the same whether there are 3, 4, or 5 lessons in the month. If class is cancelled, there will be a make-up day within 2 weeks. <p> Any student's tuition check that is returned by the bank will be charged a $25 Fee and all subsequent payments MUST be made in CASH, CERTITIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER.<p><b>** ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO SUSAN ROBERTS. **</b></li><p> <li><b>SUPPLIES</b><p> Black Tap Shoes, Pink Ballet Shoes and any color leotards and tights for the 3, 4 and 5 year olds. <p>Ages 6 and up will wear black jazz shoes, any stlye or color leotard and tights or jazz pants and a dance shirt.<p> <b>**LABEL ALL SUPPLIES WITH STUDENT'S NAME!**</b></li><p> <li><b>INCLEMENT WEATHER - HOLIDAYS</b><p> We observe all Public School Inclement Weather closings. WE DO NOT CANCEL CLASSES FOR TEACHER WORKDAYS OR LONG HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. You will either receive a note about vacations and/or holidays or a notice will be posted at the daycare, or you will receive an email.<P> Our scheduled vacations are Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break Holidays. Please see calendar of events.</li><p> <li><b>PARENT WATCH</b><p> Special days are set to allow parents to come in to observe our classes to monitor their child's progress. You will be notified of these days at least one week in advance and we encourage you to attend as your child looks forward to seeing you there.<p> Please no unannounced or unscheduled "surprise" visits from parents or family members. This proves to be a major distraction and disruption for the students as well as the teacher.</li><p> <li><b>TEACHER COMMUNICATIONS</b><p> We encourage ALL PARENTS to "keep in touch" with their child's instructor. You may call MISS SUSAN at 452-7761 if you need to speak with her on any dance class matter or you can email her at <a href="mailto:SusanRoberts@DanceExpressCharleston.Com">SusanRoberts@DanceExpressCharleston.Com</a>. Miss Susan sends monthly emails, as well as monthly newsletters that will be in your child's folder or cubby.</li><p> <li><b>YEAR END RECITAL</b><p> In May, DANCE EXPRESS produces its annual dance recital, "THE EXPRESS EXTRAVAGANZA", at West Ashley Highs School Auditorium, featuring the talents of our students. More information on this subject is forthcoming.</li><p> <li><b>LIABILITY OF DANCE EXPRESS</b><p> DANCE EXPRESS is not and shall not be responsible for any injuries received by any student while attending class.</li><p> </ol> We are looking forward to a fun-filled, exciting dance year!<p>We hope that each child we instruct learns to love dancing as much as we do!
